Sanabil Schools FAQ | Admissions, Academics, and Policies:

What is the S.T.R.E.A.M. Education Initiative at Sanabil Elementary School?
At Sanabil Elementary School, our STREAM Education Initiative integrates Science, Technology, Reading/Religion (Islamic Studies), Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics into a diversified, project-based learning approach. This hands-on method caters to various learning styles, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving and digital literacy skills. We are proud to be the first Islamic school in Maryland to implement this innovative approach.

How does Sanabil Elementary School implement the subject-specific teaching method?
We believe that subject-based instruction provides a deeper and more structured learning experience. Each subject is taught by a specialized teacher who ensures that students develop strong skills in areas like math, science, language arts, and Arabic. This approach allows us to maintain high academic standards across all subjects.

What is unique about your Pre-K Hybrid Montessori Program?
Our Hybrid Montessori Program blends the Montessori philosophy with The Creative Curriculum, creating a child-centered, hands-on learning teaching method. This approach promotes independence, curiosity, and academic readiness, ensuring students are well-prepared for Kindergarten.
